The town of Macduff can be found in the north east of Scotland with a bridge separating Macduff from Banff over the River Deveron being one mile apart on the
Moray Firth. Originally the village was called Doune, but changed to Macduff in 1783. Fishing has been a central part of the town’s economic health over the years, but nowadays tourism
has developed offering the traveller a scenic customary of sea views, natural land marks, and an exceptional country side to explore, the activities are as energetic as you would want
them to be.
